The Marcos Comprehensive Academy Development Initiative (MCADI) is a non-profit organization established to enhance the mission of the Marcos Comprehensive Academy, a private high school located in Rokel, Western Rural District, Freetown, Sierra Leone. MCADI was founded to address the pressing challenges faced by students, families, and the surrounding community, recognizing the critical role of education, community development, and sustainable practices in creating a better future for all.

Education and skills development
Objective: Enhance access to quality education and provide students with skills for lifelong learning.
- Scholarship Program Implementation: Identify and award scholarships to 50 underprivileged students at Marcos Comprehensive Academy. Timeline: January–March. Responsible: Scholarship Committee, Head Teacher. Expected Outcome: 50 students supported to continue their education.
- After-School Tutoring Program: Conduct weekly tutoring sessions for students struggling in core subjects. Timeline: February–November. Responsible: Volunteer Teachers, Program Coordinator. Expected Outcome: Improved academic performance.
Impact through MCADI-style work
Through initiatives like MCADI, a school community often makes a difference in areas such as:
- Education support programs: Students and staff organize tutoring or after-school support for younger pupils in nearby communities, helping improve literacy and numeracy skills.
